Some photo's of the inside - Upstairs Bedrooms

The Master Bedroom - is above the living room and in the dormer side of the house.

To the left is the dormer window which is East facing.

Below are Photo's 3 & 4. Photo 3 is of the the walk-in wardrobe and door to en-suite.

Photo 4 shows the velux window in the roof of the dormer to the west of the master bedroom.

To the left are Photo's 4 & 5 show the Nursery (Bedroom 4/office room)

Photo's 6&7 show Bedroom 2 with the south/west and west facing windows. This room also has an ensuite.

The last 4 photo's show the attic area above the Bedroom2,3,4 & Bathroom (at the 2

storey side of the house).

There are 4 velux windows in the attic and the room will be fully insulated to 'hatbitable' stan

dards even though this room is not right now going to be used as a 'room' but is to be fully kitted out for possible future conversion.

The attic area will also house the HRV unit at the gable walls in the very last photo. We are going to use the Vallox HRV unit which is to be installed in November.
