Some photo's of the inside - Downstairs Living Room

These photos are of the living room.

This first photo shows the door from the living room (formal room on house plan) into the hallway.

The second photo here shows the wall of the living room that is on the hallway side.

The third photo shows the window to the right of the door of the living room.

The fourth photo here shows the full wall to the right of the doorway with the two windows that overlook the front

driveway.

The fifth photo shows the wall where the chimney & fireplace is to be located. We are going to put in an insert stove - fondis. Hopefully it will work out!!! We are finding suppliers pretty sticky at the moment on price etc etc!!

Budget is going up and up!!

The last photo shows the double doors and side windows of the living room that overlook the garden (rear/back of the property).

The patio area will be very large and will also be accessed from the long open plan kitchen/dining/living room.
